Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Weblyft AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to or create within our services. We claim no ownership over your content. However, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Weblyft AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
